Dr. Wadembere Ibrahim

He is a qualified medical doctor with advanced specialization in project planning and management. He also specialized in Public Health and has worked with many donors such as UNICEF, TB REACH (WHO and UNOPS), Global Fund, PSI, UKaid, DFID, Health Pool Fund, USAID 

In addition, he has previously managed several health projects and these include Integrated Community Case Management Project, Emergency Nutrition Support Project, Essential Health Care Programme, Home Based Management of Malaria, Community Based TB Project, 

 

Dr. Asumani Guloba

He has 15 years professional experience in development economics, five (5) of which have been in the World Bank in Uganda and Zambia country offices as a country economist in the Macro and Fiscal Management (MFM) Global Practice (GP) of the World Bank. He was also a principal economist at the Parliament of Uganda and is currently the Head of Research at the National Planning Authority of Uganda

He posses a PhD in Economics (Public Finance and Financial Economics) and Master of Arts in Economics (Public Finance).

 

Tiah Aloysius Gumah

He designed and lead the roll out of the monitoring and evaluation strategy for the Global Fund and DFID grants for malaria and integrated community case management implemented through a consortium of partners (PSI, IRC, Save the Children, BRAC, Malaria Consortium, IMA and Caritas-CDOT) in South Sudan.

He posses a Master of Science, Public Health from Irish University Business school (UK) and Master of Philosophy, Development Management from the University for Development Studies (Ghana)  

 

Dr. Kitunzi Muntunzi

 

He was previously a senior consultant at Uganda Management Institute, lecturer at Makerere University and the Director- Projects at FINCORP East Africa Limited a consultancy firm offering services within East Africa.

He holds a Ph.D in in Development Economics and Public Policy Management from University of the Witwatersrand (South Africa) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Purchasing and Supply Chain Management form the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS) in the United Kingdom. In addition he holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) majoring in Economic Policy and Corporate Strategy from Maastricht School of Management (Netherlands).

Bwanika Godfrey

Currently completing his Ph.D at Uganda Management Institute in Management and Administration. He is an Associate Consultant with Uganda Management Institute and was previously a Lecturer at Makerere, Nkozi and Bugema Universities.

Having dedicated over 10 years in the consultancy industry, he has worked with a number of government departments, International NGOs and Civil societies.

 

 

Musoke David

Musoke David is completing his PhD at Cardiff Metropolitan University in United Kingdom and with a Masters in International Primary Health Care from University of London.

He is a highly experienced researcher and has won several grants from a number of Institutions such as THRiVE, Future Health Systems, THET, UNDP, Welsh Government, British Medical Association, International Network for the Availability of Scientific Publications and International Federation of Environmental Health among others

Dr. Muwonge Haruna

 

 Muwonge Haruna is a qualified medical doctor currently completing his Ph.D at the University Of Bergen. He is highly experienced in laboratory systems, medicines/vaccines and molecular biology.

He has closely worked with a number of medical institutions including teaching hospitals where he has been engaged in capacity building at hospital and regional level.
